Tuesday 21st May will see the launch of our new telephone system.
We have been working closely with our new telephony provider and are confident the process should run relatively smoothly but please be aware there could be some potential disruption to our telephone access over the coming days.

We would encourage patients to use our online system, Anima, where possible.

The new telephone system has many advantages to that of our current one and we are looking forward to the improvements this will make to the experience of both our patients and team members.
